The software does not access, manipulate, or control WhatsApp’s internal infrastructure, security protocols, monitoring systems, or moderation mechanisms in any manner.
2. No Assurance or Guarantee of Ban Avoidance
Wati CRM makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the use of this software will prevent WhatsApp number bans, account blocks, temporary suspensions, permanent restrictions, or any other enforcement actions imposed by WhatsApp.
All WhatsApp accounts are governed exclusively by WhatsApp’s own terms of service, usage policies, community guidelines, automated systems, and enforcement algorithms. These policies and enforcement actions are determined entirely by WhatsApp and operate independently of Wati CRM.
While careful usage, adherence to best practices, and responsible messaging behavior may help reduce the likelihood of account restrictions, no third-party software can fully eliminate the risk of a WhatsApp ban. Any action taken by WhatsApp against a user’s account remains the sole responsibility of the account holder.
3. User Responsibility and Policy Compliance

Outcomes may vary depending on usage patterns, message content, customer behavior, engagement levels, and changes to WhatsApp’s internal policies.
Users acknowledge that the software is used at their own discretion and risk, and that responsible usage decisions remain entirely within their control.
5. Licensing Terms and Authorized Use
Wati CRM is a licensed software product. Each license is issued for a specific user, organization, or system configuration as defined at the time of purchase.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Installing or operating the software on multiple devices or systems without valid licenses
- Selling, reselling, leasing, sublicensing, distributing, or sharing the software

Wati CRM is an independent third-party software solution and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
All WhatsApp-related trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wati CRM, its owners, developers, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- WhatsApp account bans, suspensions, or restrictions
- Loss of revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
